LTIMindtree Ltd Incorporates Joint Venture Entity in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco Subsidiary

LTIMindtree Ltd has announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Joint Venture, named 'LTIM Aramco Digital Solutions for Information Technology', was set up through a Shareholder’s Agreement between the Company and Global Digital Integrated Solutions Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company ('Saudi Aramco'). The agreement was executed on March 5, 2024, and the Joint Venture has been officially registered on November 22, 2024.
