LTM Launches AI 1000 Initiative

LTM Ltd has launched AI 1000, a strategic workforce transformation initiative aimed at developing over 1,000 AI-certified engineers, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). This program, supported by a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE), will help enterprises adopt, deploy, and scale AI solutions. The initiative follows a four-stage model: Identify, Enable, Deploy, and Govern, utilizing a proprietary AI Readiness Index and curated learning journeys. LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group Company, aims to enhance workforce productivity and deliver tangible business outcomes through this program, building on its existing AI training foundation.
