Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd Appoints New Group CFO, Announces Stock Split and Alteration of MoA

Mobavenue AI Tech Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Vijay Basantani as the new Group Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company, effective April 1, 2026. The company also announced a stock split of 1:5, sub-dividing each equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- into 5 equity shares of face value of Re. 2/- each. Additionally, the company has proposed alterations to its Memorandum of Association, including alteration of the Capital Clause and Objects Incidental or Ancillary to the Attainment of the Main Objects.
