Ms. Sukul, who retired by rotation, has been re-appointed for a term as Director. The company confirmed she is not debarred from holding directorship by any SEBI or other authority. Ms. Sukul, aged 38, is a Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience in Company Law, SEBI regulations, finance, and accounts. Her first appointment to the board was on October 3, 2024.
