Dhansafal Finserve: 3.69 Cr Warrants Lapsed, Funds Forfeited
Dhansafal Finserve Ltd has announced the lapse of 3,69,20,000 convertible warrants, originally allotted on April 2, 2025, with a face value of Re. 1 each at an issue price of Rs. 4.31 per warrant. The conversion option, exercisable within 18 months, expired on October 1, 2026. While 4,97,00,000 warrants were converted into equity shares upon receipt of 75% consideration, the remaining warrants have lapsed. Consequently, the amounts paid towards these lapsed warrants, totaling ₹15,94,29,825 (calculated from Annexure-1), will be forfeited by the company as per SEBI ICDR Regulations. This lapse will not impact the company's paid-up equity share capital but will reduce potential equity dilution. The forfeiture includes amounts from both promoter and non-promoter allottees.
