Lux Industries Board Meeting on Nov 3 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Lux Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's head office in Kolkata. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the disclosure of these financial results, in line with SEBI regulations and the company's internal code of conduct.
