Lux Industries Ltd Enters Brand Licensing Agreement for Reebok

Lux Industries Limited, through its Vertical B, has entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement (BLA) with RILUK IPCO Limited. This agreement grants Lux Industries an exclusive right within India to use the 'REEBOK' trademark for designing, manufacturing, and selling men's and women's innerwear and thermal wear products. The BLA is effective from the current year with an option to renew for ten years. RILUK IPCO Limited is based in England and Wales, and Lux Industries holds no stake in the licensor. The agreement is considered to be in the normal course of business and is not a related party transaction.
