Luxury Time Ltd: Board Approves Re-appointment of Secretarial Auditor, Appoints Internal Auditor, and Grants Signing Authority

Luxury Time Ltd, formerly known as Luxury Time Private Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/s Nilesh A Pradhan & Co., LLP as the Secretarial Auditor for the year 2025-26. The Board also appointed M/s Anil Singhal and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company. Furthermore, the Board granted signing authority to Mr. Ashok Goel, Managing Director and Mr. Pawan Chouhan, Whole-Time Director for making all disclosures etc. to BSE.
