Trading Window Closure Notification from Luxury Time Ltd for FY 2025-2026

Luxury Time Ltd has announced the closure of the Trading Window for all directors, officers, and designated persons, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 01st April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider the financial results is yet to be announced.
