LWS Knitwear Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

LWS Knitwear Ltd, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of internal procedures and conduct for prohibition of insider trading in dealing with the securities of the Company, has announced the closure of the Trading Window. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st March 2026. This announcement is made for the information of all Insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives.
