LWS Knitwear Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 2025 Results

LWS Knitwear Ltd, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of internal procedures and conduct for prohibition of insider trading, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company. The closure is for all Insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives from January 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of UnAudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st December 2025.
