LWS Knitwear Ltd: Reappointment of Mr. Girish Kapoor as Managing Director and Appointment of M/s Bhambri and Associates as Secretarial Auditor

LWS Knitwear Ltd has announced the reappointment of Mr. Girish Kapoor as Managing Director for a term of five years starting from 1st September 2026. Additionally, M/s Bhambri and Associates have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30. Mr. Ansh Bhambri, a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, leads M/s Bhambri and Associates with extensive experience in handling secretarial, legal, and day-to-day matters of listed and unlisted companies.
