KROWNIQ CFO, Company Secretary Resignations Approved

KROWNIQ Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 28, 2026, approved the resignations of two key managerial personnel. Mr. Shrigopal Kandoi resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect from September 28, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Kinjal Rathod's resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer was approved, effective August 14, 2026. Both resignations were attributed to personal reasons.
