Lynx Machinery Appoints Ishwar Naik as New Internal Auditor

Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd announced a change in its internal auditors. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of M/s. Ambavat Jain & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountant, effective immediately. Concurrently, Mr. Ishwar Naik of M/s. I. G. Naik & Co., Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as the new Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
