Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Ltd, in compliance with Regulation 25(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, conducted a separate meeting of the Independent Directors for the Financial Year 2025-26 on Monday, 23rd March, 2026. The meeting was held at the company's registered office and transacted the following business: a) reviewed the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole; b) reviewed the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity, considering the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; c) assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors. The meeting commenced at 01.00 P.M. and concluded at 03.00 P.M.
