Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Ltd has informed that it received an Adjudication Order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The order was issued under Section 15-I of the SEBI Act, 1992, read with the relevant provisions of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995. The company is currently in the process of reviewing the said Order and will take appropriate steps as may be required under applicable laws.
