Maa Jagdambe Appoints Mahendra Singh Rajawat as Additional Director

Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Mahendra Singh Rajawat as an Additional Director (Executive) effective September 1, 2026. The Board also proposed his appointment as Managing Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st AGM. Mr. Rajawat, a B.Com graduate with over 21 years in the textile industry and financial advisory, brings extensive experience in sales, market development, and capital markets. His remuneration is proposed at ₹6,00,000 per annum. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding directorship.
