Trading Window Closure Announced by Maagh Advertising for Q3 2025 Results

Maagh Advertising and Marketing Services Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter ending 30th September 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and any person having a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the company from the 1st of October 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter. Designated persons have been advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
