Mac Hotels: Trading Window Closed for H1 FY27 Results

Mac Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Employees, and Connected Persons. The closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these financial results.
