Macfos Ltd Appoints Mr. CS Vipin Zavar or Mr. CS Chirag Chawra as Scrutinizer for Postal Ballot and E-Voting Process

Macfos Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. CS Vipin Zavar, Designated Partner of M/s CZ & ASSOCIATES LLP, as the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot and E-voting process pursuant to Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013. In case Mr. Zavar is unable to perform his duties, Mr. CS Chirag Chawra will assume the role. The appointment was approved at a Board of Directors meeting held on 28th January 2026. The Company provides its members with the facility to exercise their right to vote by electronic means through e-voting services provided by NSDL. The appointment letter and consent letter of the Scrutinizer are attached with the announcement.
