Macfos Ltd Appoints Scrutinizer for 9th AGM and E-voting

Macfos Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. CS Vipin Zavar or Mr. CS Chirag Chawra as the Scrutinizer for its 9th Annual General Meeting and the associated e-voting process. This appointment is in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
