Macfos Ltd Sets Aug 31 as Record Date for 9th AGM

Macfos Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has set Monday, August 31, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for e-voting and voting at the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 7, 2026. Consequently, the company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from August 31, 2026, to September 7, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. This action is in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
