Amit Bhatia Increases Mach Travel Solutions Stake to 74.03%

Amit Bhatia, belonging to the promoter group of Mach Travel Solutions Ltd, has acquired an additional 4,40,400 shares, representing 2.09% of the total share capital, through open market transactions. This acquisition increases his total shareholding to 1,55,73,800 shares, or 74.03% of the company's total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at Rs. 21,03,71,000/- before and after the acquisition.
