Machhar Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026

Machhar Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and is effective from 1st April, 2026. The closure is for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial results for the Quarter and financial year ended as on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, will be intimated separately.
