Machhar Industries Ltd. Re-appoints Whole-Time Director Mr. Vyankat Katkar, Defers Joint Venture Strike Off

The Board of Directors of Machhar Industries Ltd. has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vyankat W. Katkar as Whole-Time Director for a further period of 18 months, starting from 1st April, 2026 to 30th September, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The board also deferred the proposal for strike off of the Joint Venture Company for a year. Mr. Pradip Patel, an Independent Director, has cleared the proficiency test conducted under the Independent Directors Databank. The board meeting took place from 11.30 am to 12.45 pm on 31st March, 2026.
