Machino Plastics Ltd. to Approve Q4 2025 Unaudited Financial Results on Feb 6, 2026

Machino Plastics Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also closed the trading window for its 'designated persons' from January 15, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 8, 2026.
