Trading Window Closure for Machino Plastics Ltd. Securities

Machino Plastics Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, and Promoters of the company from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
