Mackinnon Mackenzie & Company Ltd Closes Trading Window Till 48 Hours After Q4 Results in 2026

Mackinnon Mackenzie & Company Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors/Promoters/Connected Persons/Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) from the start of trading hours on 01 April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending on 31 March 2026. This decision is in accordance with Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 read with Companies Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in its Securities. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending on 31 March 2026 will be intimated separately to the stock exchange.
