Astal Laboratories Ltd. has acquired 100% equity shares of Sriven Pharmachem India Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 277,16,95,017/-. The acquisition was done through a share swap ratio of 1:1 and a cash consideration of Rs. 29,62,505.00/-. The acquisition will help Astal Laboratories to expand its products offering and aligns with its long-term vision of becoming a fully integrated pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Sriven Pharmachem India Private Limited is engaged in Developing and producing specified high profile Drug Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals with a turnover of Rs. 1,027,009,061.00/- in April- March 2025.
