Astal Labs Allots 1,13,300 Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Astal Laboratories Ltd has allotted 1,13,300 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each at an issue price of ₹40 each (including a premium of ₹30 per share) upon the conversion of warrants. These warrants were part of a preferential issue of 37,29,930 warrants allotted on November 27, 2024. The allotment was approved at a board meeting held on May 25, 2026. Post allotment, the paid-up equity capital of the company has increased from ₹436,856,320.00 to ₹437,989,320.00.
