Astal Labs: Convertible Warrants Lapsed, ₹18.67 Lakh Forfeited

Astal Laboratories Ltd announced the lapse and forfeiture of 1,86,700 convertible warrants, initially allotted on November 27, 2024, due to non-receipt of the balance 75% consideration within the stipulated 18-month period, which expired on May 26, 2026. Consequently, the upfront subscription amount of ₹18,67,000 (25% of the issue price) has been forfeited, in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. The warrant holders will no longer have rights to convert these warrants into equity shares. The company's paid-up share capital remains unchanged, and the forfeited amount will be retained and accounted for as per applicable accounting standards. This will be discussed in the upcoming board meeting.
