Lodha Developers to Invest Rs 30K crs in Green Integrated Data Centre Park

Lodha Developers Ltd has signed an MoU with the Maharashtra government to set up a data centre park in Palava, Mumbai. The total proposed investment is Rs 30,000 crores, which is expected to create 6,000 direct and indirect jobs. The park, with a planned capacity of 2 GWs, is designed to host multiple leading international and domestic players. Lodha will play the role of a developer for several players who are keen on setting up data centres. The policy aims to ensure that data centres thrive in the state by powering them with green and alternative energy sources.
