Madhav Infra Projects Clarifies Board Meeting Outcome

Madhav Infra Projects Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its earlier intimation dated July 30, 2026. The correction pertains to the outcome of the Board of Directors' meeting held on the same date. Due to a typographical/clerical omission, the approval of the draft 33rd Annual Report, including the Board's Report, Financial Statements, and annexures, was inadvertently not explicitly mentioned in point (iii) of the original outcome. The company clarifies that this matter was indeed considered and approved by the Board. The corrected point (iii) now explicitly includes the approval of the draft 33rd Annual Report along with the draft notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). All other decisions from the July 30, 2026, outcome remain unchanged.
