Madhucon Projects Appoints Two New Directors

Madhucon Projects Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Shankara Rao Kadambala as an Additional Independent Director and Mr. Prithvi Teja Nama as an Additional Director. Mr. Kadambala's appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective August 13, 2026, until August 12, 2031. Mr. Nama's appointment is also effective August 13, 2026. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. These changes are in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
