Madhur Industries Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Review Q1 FY27 Results

Madhur Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission. Concurrently, the company has implemented a trading window closure from July 01, 2026, which will remain shut for insiders until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
