JOJO Ltd Reschedules 30th AGM to September 29

JOJO Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to unavoidable administrative exigencies. The AGM, originally planned for September 18, 2026, will now be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Consequently, the book closure dates for the purpose of the AGM have been revised. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, September 24, 2026, to Monday, September 30, 2026, inclusive. Details regarding the adjusted remote e-voting period and cut-off date will be provided in the final Notice of AGM. All other decisions and appointments made during the August 17, 2026, board meeting remain unchanged.
