Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the designated persons. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results along with Auditor’s Report of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The decision is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
