
Mafatlal Industries Q1FY27 Revenue Down 24% YoY to ₹942.5 Cr
Mafatlal Industries Limited reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total revenue from operations stood at ₹942.5 Cr, a decrease of 24% year-on-year from ₹1,240.2 Cr in Q1FY26. Operating EBITDA was ₹23.5 Cr, down from ₹47.0 Cr in the prior year period. The company highlighted growth in its core business segments, Textiles & Related Products and Digital Infrastructure, which generated ₹447.9 Cr in revenue, a 14.6% YoY increase. This growth was attributed to a strategic portfolio realignment, reducing low-margin consumer durable products and focusing on the Uniforms Solution business. The Digital Infrastructure segment also showed healthy growth, supported by institutional projects and long-term AMCs. The company commissioned a 4 MWp captive solar power project and initiated rainwater harvesting as part of its green initiatives. Gross debt reduced slightly to ₹58.8 Cr from ₹60.8 Cr.
