Mafia Trends Ltd: Appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Mithabhai Patel as Additional Director and Resignation of Mr. Amit Rameshbhai Uttamchandani

In a recent meeting, Mafia Trends Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Mithabhai Patel as an Additional Director under the Non-Executive Independent Director category, effective from November 28, 2025. Mr. Patel is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University and has been providing Tax Consultant services for the past 9 years. He is not related to any Director or KMP and is not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of SEBI or any other such authority. Simultaneously, the company accepted the resignation of Mr. Amit Rameshbhai Uttamchandani, who served as an Independent Director, due to certain emerging unavoidable reasons and engagement in professional commitments.
