Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Emerges L1 Bidder for ₹115 Cr Bank Tender

Magellanic Cloud Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder in a tender by Bank of Maharashtra for e-surveillance solutions. The bid value is approximately ₹115 crore for services across over 1,550 sites. The scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, and operation of e-surveillance systems with a 24/7 Central Monitoring Station. This development, if awarded, would significantly enhance Provigil's presence in the BFSI e-surveillance sector and aligns with its core business. The company will provide further updates upon formal contract issuance.
