Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Receives Rs. 32 Crores Order from Indian Highways Management Company Limited

Magellanic Cloud Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a purchase order from Indian Highways Management Company Limited, an initiative of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The order, valued at approximately Rs. 32 Crores, is for the Implementation of Audit Camera System for Vehicle Count & Classification at Toll Plazas across eight states under Zone 1. The order has an extended potential size of up to Rs. 75 Crores. The company confirmed that none of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract, and it does not fall within the purview of related party transaction.
