Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Wins ₹3.13 Cr Railway Contract

Magellanic Cloud Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from East Central Railway, Dhanbad Division. The contract, valued at approximately INR 3.13 Crore, involves the modernization of the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) network, upgrading telecom connectivity using GPON technology, and associated Signaling & Telecommunication (S&T) works. The project scope includes deploying telecom networking infrastructure, GPON fiber connectivity, and CCTV surveillance systems. This order is expected to strengthen the company's position in the railway technology sector, particularly in telecom, networking, and surveillance infrastructure. The contract is to be executed over 48 months. Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and it does not constitute a related party transaction.
