Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Wins Rs. 85 Crores Video Surveillance Systems Contract from Southern Railway
Magellanic Cloud Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the provision of Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) across 441 D & E category stations, along with augmentation at 43 major stations of Southern Railway. The project, valued at approximately Rs. 85 crores, is designed to enhance passenger security while delivering a cyber-secure, AI-enabled surveillance infrastructure across the railway network. This follows the Company’s earlier LoA received from NHAI worth Rs. 32 crores and Letter of Acceptance (LoA) received from South Central Railway worth 2.25 Cr., for the deployment of AI-based Video Surveillance Systems at Railways and national highways.
