Magellanic Cloud's Subsidiary, Motivity Labs Inc., Secures Purchase Orders Worth INR 18 Crores

Magellanic Cloud Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, Motivity Labs Inc. (USA), has received multiple Purchase Orders for various Statements of Work (SoWs). The cumulative basic value of these orders is approximately INR 18 crores. The SoWs cover the design, development, and deployment of high-volume data pipelines, data lakes, BI dashboards, and AI-driven analytics for mission-critical operations. The company has clarified that none of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract, and the order/contract does not fall within the purview of related party transaction.
