Magenta Lifecare Ltd. has called an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 18th February 2026 at 4:00 P.M. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The EGM is to transact special business including the appointment of Statutory Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Company is providing remote E-voting facility to all the shareholders and the record date for taking record of the shareholders is 11th February, 2026.
