Magnum Ventures: NCLT convenes meetings for Scheme of Arrangement

Magnum Ventures Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, has directed the convening of meetings for Equity Shareholders, Secured Non-Convertible Debenture Holders, Secured Creditors, and Unsecured Creditors. These meetings, to be held via Video Conferencing on November 20, 2026, are to consider and approve a proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Magnum Ventures Limited and Magnum Paperz Limited. Remote e-voting will be available from November 16 to November 19, 2026. The NCLT's order was pronounced on September 22, 2026.
