Lake Shore Realty Appoints Vinit Kumar as MD, Reconstitutes Committees

Lake Shore Realty Ltd announced key management changes and corporate actions following a Board Meeting on November 2, 2026. Vinit Kumar was appointed as Additional (Managing) Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Bhairavi Chandrakant Goswami was re-designated as Whole-time Director.
