Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 04th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026, for the Financial Year 2025-26. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the 04th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026, for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be intimated separately.
