Mahamaya Lifesciences Appoints New Directors, Re-designsates MD to Chairman

Mahamaya Lifesciences Ltd announced significant board changes following a meeting on September 29, 2026. Dr. Bhagirath Choudhary has been appointed as an Independent Director, transitioning from Additional Director for a three-year term starting August 25, 2026. Dr. Gopal Krishna Raju and Dr. Charudatta Digambar Mayee have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for their second three-year terms, effective December 11, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Krishnamurthy Ganesan has been re-designated from Managing Director to Chairman, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Prashant Krishnamurthy has been re-designated as Managing Director, not liable to retire by rotation, also effective November 1, 2026.
