Mahan Industries Ltd has announced a postponement of its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for August 14, 2026, to August 18, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and acknowledge the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Mr. Yash Kamleshkumar Shah. The company also informed about the closure of the Trading Window for its directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
